One in two women says 2025 will see them in the strongest, according to new research.
A study of 2,000 women researched their health and health goals, as well as their advantages, and found that 58% are costing themselves mentally stronger they have ever been.
The results showed reducing stress or anxiety as the number one mental purpose for women in the coming months.
Weight loss (43%), improving sleep quality (40%) and developing the best eating habits (36%) were the most common health goals for women, followed closely by increasing physical strength (29%).
The survey, conducted by Talker Research on behalf of the Burn Boot Camp, found that 43% of women have never lifted weights in the gym.
Among those they have, 55% feel scared and concerned about the way they look, while 42% lack the confidence to raise in front of others.
The biggest reason to prioritize the strength from those who are doing so was to increase bone strength (72%), while the intention to improve behavior and balance was the second most quoted reason.

What more likely to throw your best plans from the track? The average woman surveyed felt the biggest obstacle not to hit the goals of health and Wellness was overcoming the lack of motivation (43%).
Interestingly, nearly a quarter (22%) said the lack of confidence was a prominent obstacle to achieving health and fitness goals.
But what do women think can support them in their pursuit of physical and mental fitness? Support from friends and family topped the list as the biggest impact (28%) while having a training companion or fitness community (23%) ranked among the first three.
This feeling of the community resonates with respondents and 59% or already belonging to a fitness community or would consider joining one to help achieve their health goals if it were appropriate adaptation.
